BISALLOY STEELS AND ENDURACLAD INTERNATIONAL, FRONTRUNNERS IN WEAR PLATE

Enduraclad International (ECI) is an Australian based privately owned company with its main facility located in Western Australia, and a fabrication workshop in Queensland. ECI are a specialised wear protection company, with experience in quenched and tempered steel, hard face overlay, ceramics, and polymers.

Recently, ECI installed a new 400 Amp Hypertherm cutting machine to further add to their extensive capabilities and to boost productivity. To demonstrate this, the team at ECI cut 60mm thick BISALLOY® 500 grade so fast that the turnaround time to the customer was just 3 hours from the time of ordering.

Enduraclad International’s Managing Director, Jason Kell, commented “the Australian mining market need their products quickly – no one can afford to stop, or have significant down time. Our new machines give us the ability to meet these demands, even when we are cutting 60mm thick BISALLOY® plate. We are a one-stop shop.”.
