Bisalloy Shangang (Shandong Steel Plate Co., Ltd) is a Co-Operative Joint Venture that Bisalloy Steel Group holds with Partner Shandong Iron and Steel Group Co Ltd (Shandong Steel). ​

The business headquarters is based out of Jinan City in the Shandong Province, with its main production facilities in Rizhao and Laiwu. ​

The enterprise is authorized to use the BISPLATE® Trademark, with majority of the quench and tempered steel plate production coming from Shandong Steel’s relatively new, “state-of-the-art” steel mill Rizhao​. The products are tested and accredited with numerous large global OEMs based in China.
