Advanced Profile Solutions is a steel plate processing facility located in Broken Hill NSW specialising in wear liners for the mining industry. The business was established in 2010 with a purpose-built facility housing a Kinetic K5000 hi-def plasma. This allows simplified production of wear plates that are stud welded, drilled and tapped, countersunk, counterbored holes prior to the external path cutting. Their cutting envelope range in thickness from 3mm to 150mm with the area being 18m x 3.4m.
