Bisalloy Steels recently hosted representatives from Hanwha Defense Australia for discussions on the latter’s bid for LAND400 Phase 3.

Bisalloy and Hanwha have formed a close working relationship following the rapid development and qualification of steel manufactured by Bisalloy used to construct the Redback vehicles for the Risk Mitigation Activities now underway.

“It was a great opportunity to tour the Bisalloy facility and see first-hand where their world-class steel is made,” said Millie Keating, Head of Industrial Development Unit and AIC Lead at Hanwha Defense Australia. “We also had some productive discussions in relation to our ADF programs and have come away impressed and excited by their customer focus, deep technical understanding and the growing opportunities for Bisalloy and their key supply chain partners to continue their involvement in our vehicle programs.”

Following talks, Bisalloy provided the Hanwha team a tour of Bisalloy’s manufacturing facility.
